- Construction of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was completed in the fall of 2015. Located just a 10 minute stroll down North Lamar Boulevard to the historic Oxford Square, the unit is located across the street from restaurants Big Bad Breakfast, Snack Bar, Jinsei, Neon Pig, and is adjacent to Volta. The beautiful Ole Miss campus is located just one mile away.
This upstairs unit has a large open living , kitchen, and dining area with travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a 48" TV and a balcony with table and chairs is located off the dining area.
Each bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and dedicated bathroom. Baths granite vanity tops, and cast iron tubs with travertine surrounds.
