Newly renovated charming house in the middle of town. 1 block from the Chesapeake Bay, across the street from park/ playground. 3 bedrooms on second floor with 2 full baths. Extra half bath downstairs. Front screened in porch with rocking chairs. Outdoor grill. Front & Back stairways. Dog friendly town. 1 block from ferry to St Michaels by bike or car. 3 restaurants in Oxford. Many more in nearby towns. Kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler. Master bedroom has king bed. 2 guest rooms have twin beds. Living room and front room have seating. Dining table for 6. Nice yard for outdoor entertaining or children to play. Available June 16-July 11 ; 7-night min. OR July 29-Aug 15.
