Updated with fresh paint throughout, beautiful gray, new LVT flooring in the Family Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. New carpet has been installed in all Bedrooms with new ceramic tile flooring installed in both bathrooms. French doors open out onto a small deck. The backyard is enclosed by a tall wooden fence. Also in the backyard is a shed w/ electricity. A split floor plan gives everyone a bit of privacy. Available 4/1/22 for rent through 8/1/22.
