"Very good communication from owner. Super easy check in! Great location for downtown if you like walking to Penny Lane Coffee house for great coffee & breakfast/lunch. Several restaurants within 1 block to walk. Biking walking greenway within 3-4 blocks , no need to drive at all! Even a small grocery within walking distance. Condo has all you need provided: garbage bags, dish soap & detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, cooking utensils. Well lit bright newer building condo with garage to park...

"My family and sisters family stayed here for my daughters graduation from UE (we’re from Cincy). This place is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone had fun in the huge basement with the ping pong table and basketball game! Host is wonderful and super responsive. This is a must place to stay!"

"Quiet and tasteful furnishings and real rustic interior feel but modernized even though it’s an older cabin with very comfortable beds and good Internet connections and skylights and lots of windows so bright inside. Run on sentence or what!"

"This is our second stay here. The first time was 2 years ago, and there have been some updates. Freshly painted wall in living room and the queen guest room, for starters. Additional fixtures and decor made it very home like. Drew responds promptly to any communication. Doing laundry and cooking our own meals is paramount, plus allowing our pooch. We would stay here again next year!"

"As soon as we walked in my husband could smell cigarette smoke. When we got home any clothing we wore smelled of smoke also. It was listed as non smoking but there were rule breakers there sometime The house itself is nice and it was clean. Host provided just about anything you can think of.
