parking was easy but I am not sure how secure it was. The room was ok. Temp control was poor, very humid / stuffy. Felt dirty throughout the hotel. Staff were nice but not promptly available. The 6 am breakfast was still being set up at 8 am.

We tried to cancel our reservation and was told we would be charged $125 to cancel our reservation. Having to work thru Expedia is terrible. We should be able to work directly with Boarders. We will never stay at a Borders Inn!

Property showing stated side the interior entry was covered in cigarette butts for 20 feet around the whole entrance lady and man run in the front desk for real nice with breakfast and the rest of it really show it’s age. Also had people sleeping on the couches at 6 o’clock in the morning Would not recommend us going forward.
