The staff is lovely and the property gorgeous. The room could have been more complete (no slippers to be found and no in-room mini bar amenities, which was surprising). The grounds are pristine and peaceful.

The room was decent. The location is good. Our key card for the room stopped working several times which they tried to blame on us somehow? Most of the employees at the front desk were very nice but one had an awful attitude. It was a woman with curly hair. The gate to go in and out of the hotel was broken for two days. Sometimes we were stuck outside for 30 minutes at a time before security would finally get to us to let us in. They did give us two days of free parking at the hotel to make up for the inconvenience. Overall, I probably would not stay at the hotel again.
