We really enjoyed our stay. The house was really nice and clean. My teenagers loved that they each had their own little place they could hang out, very roomy. I liked the ease at which we booked the VRBO and it was the feeling of home. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent location! Very handy to get to in a nice neighborhood. We had 6 adults, 3 small children and a baby. So nice for all of us to stay together. Had one small issue and owner responded immediately. The house needs some minor maintenance/repairs to get in tip top shape. A little TLC and this would be a 5 star. Thank you Boris! Great little duplex.

We stayed here for my bachelorette party. There was plenty of room for all of us. One morning 9 of us showered and we all had hot water - which was very impressive. It does lack a little curb appeal but don’t let that fool you on the inside. Things were clean & with a little tweaking this place would be perfect! We didn’t have any issues but when I reached out to Boris he was always very prompt in getting back to me. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall we’re rating the experience “satisfactory”. The house and amenities were clean, but we were disappointed with the listing details. The yard was a little scruffy, and having the garbage cans in the garage made it “smelly” “Sleeps 12” was an oversell! There were only 2 double sized beds, a bunk bed, and three couches!

The house was exactly as described. We had more than enough room for 8. The A/C worked great, which was necessary because it was HOT outside! The gas grill worked perfectly. Boris was very helpful before, during and after our stay. We had a minor plumbing problem - one of the hand-held shower heads broke off. We worked it out with Boris and had it back in business quickly. Overall, it was a great vacation, we could not have taken a trip like this and paid hotel rates for 8 people.
