Fabulous accommodations

This is a beautiful home that has so many wonderful special touches. There are multiple coffee options in their coffee bar. Two different tables for gathering and eating. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for your stay. There were six of us and we stayed 5 nights. It is located near lots of restaurants and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood.

We all loved this place!

We (9) spent 2 nights here with extended family members, 3 generations visiting family and attending a wedding reception. Eight of us slept in the four bedrooms, with 3 connected bathrooms. One bathroom is a Jack & Jill arrangement. One slept on the trundle sofa bed in the upstairs family room. He said it was comfortable. We enjoyed the spacious quarters, the very large, well equipped kitchen where we had plenty of room for 3 cooks to team up and fix a large family dinner one night. We all fit around the large dining room table. The two children loved the selection of many games, especially the foosball sofa table in the upstairs family room. The bathrooms are large and well-equipped. It’s difficult to think of anything to criticize, but the kitchen could use a full set of good knives for food prep, which seems like a common shortcoming in rental properties. We didn’t stay long enough to spend time outside in back, but it looked appealing out on the deck and patio with outdoor furniture, grill, and a hammock in the yard. We would stay here again when attending our occasional family gatherings in my hometown of Overland Park.

Family reunion

The home was very large. We didn’t know there was someone living under in the downstairs portion. But we had more than enough room for our group. The parking was a bit tight for our 4 vehicles, as there was no access to the garage. The listing on VRBO said fenced in private pool but there was no pool with the property. The home was easy to navigate and the process of booking and checking out was easy. The home was well equipped with basic necessities and had easy access to food and shopping and entertainment nearby.

We were in town for a wedding and overall the stay was ok , the downstairs tenant had a party with many guest , most of the glasses were dirty and the showers needed to be cleaned , the property was large enough for our whole family and was a nice property
