This is your quiet sanctuary to relax and recharge after busy day traveling. Beautiful decor, comfy couches and new mattresses with freshly laundered linens, nicely stocked kitchen - everything you need for a great relaxing stay. Conveniently located in the heart of Overland Park, 30 mins from KC airport, downtown, Power & Light district or Convention Center. Great for business travelers, families or couples. Very affordable. Easy highway access (US69/ I-35)
The house has two levels. Two bedrooms, full bathroom , living space and the kitchen are located on upper level with another bedroom, full bathroom, second living room and garage located downstairs. Couch upstairs has a pull-out bed large enough for two and similar sofa-bed downstairs can be transformed into a bed also big enough for two people. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. In the kitchen cabinets you can find cups, glasses, vine glasses, plates and utensils enough for 10 persons.
Please be aware that max occupancy of 10 assumes that people will share queen beds and sofa-beds.
Our process assumes no interaction with the hosts, i.e. self check-in/check-out, but we're text/phone call away if you have a question or concern.
Neighborhood overview: quiet, safe and beautiful neighborhood very close to Overland Park City Hall complex.
Other things to note: please no pets. Please respect our neighbors - no loud music or noise or party after 10pm.

Beautiful home

We were in town for the football game and our original booking had a plumbing problem but the host accomodated us with an alternative property that was extremely nice, plenty of room, clean, a nice outdoor space. Boris is a great host, highly recommended

Just a place to sleep

Pictures are from when they first remodeled. It is not as nice as the pictures look. From the outside to the inside it is not being kept up and updated. For the price per night in my opinion should be much nicer inside and out.

A Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay

We had a small gathering of family for Thanksgiving and we absolutely loved this space! It was very clean, very spacious, and located in a beautiful neighborhood. We'll definitely keep Boris and this house in mind for future family gatherings. I would definitely recommend!

Clean, convenient, well stocked.

Unit was as advertised. The location is very convenient to US 69 and I-35. Neighborhood is quiet. There are 2 grocery stores close by - the huge HyVee is by far the better of the two. Unit was clean, plenty of hot water, easy to control heat, lots of plush towels. Beds are fine. Garage is useful but tight. Sling TV and Netflix a plus keeping a teen occupied in his own space downstairs. Boris was very communicative, check in/check out a breeze. He was very prompt in processing our security deposit refund -- much appreciated, Boris!! Would definitely stay again.

Clean and Comfortable Accomodations in Convenient Location

This duplex unit was a nice place to use as a home away from home while visiting extended family over the Thanksgiving weekend. The whole unit was clean and tidy. The kitchen had all the kitchenware we needed, and there were ample linens for the six of us who stayed there. The beds were comfortable. Temperature in the unit was comfortable for the duration of our stay. The WiFi worked well. There was a small issue with the downstairs bathroom sink not draining well, but the owner/manager was very responsive to communication, and I suspect he dealt with that issue after our departure. The location is quite conveniently located with easy access to major freeways which was good for us as our daily outings took us to locations all over the KC metro area: Liberty, Independence, Raymore, and Gladstone as well as the city itself.
