- The 135 m² apartment in Overath, Bergisches Land, is set in an authentic timber-framed house and accommodates up to 5 guests in 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 guest WC. You have a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a private TV, your own workspace, and access to a shared washing machine and dryer. Families benefit from a baby cot, high chair, and a shared bike storage room. Washing machine and dryer are available after a 7-night stay.
Enjoy your private, covered terrace and access to the 400 m² garden—perfect for relaxing in the nature of the Bergisches Land. You have exclusive use of these outdoor spaces. A private grill invites you to dine outdoors.
There are two shared parking spaces at the house, additional street parking, and a communal charging station for electric cars. A golf course is a 15-minute walk away. Events are not permitted on the property. The parking area is under video surveillance.
Maximum occupancy is 5 people. Additional or unregistered guests are not allowed. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation to all guests.
