Appartement très bien situé proche de la mer et du centre-ville et très bien équipé. Le mobilier et la literie sont très corrects.Peut-être un double-vitrage des fenêtres côté rue ...sinon le propriétaire est à l'écoute et au. Petits soins.mais le style et la décoration de l'appartement sont trop anciens.
