"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. "We travelled to Princay as a family of 16, 8 adults and 8 children between 4 and 8. It had been very hard finding a configuration of properties that suited us and this was exactly what we needed. The properties are converted and done in a way that is sympathetic to their original use, the floors and walls weren't all even, but it added to the charm for us. "The property is stunning and maintains a real sense of history and character, whilst being modern and comfortable to stay in. We stayed with a large group, 10 adults and 8 children (aged between 1 and 9) and had the best time. "We were a family group with a 5 year old and a two year old. The pool is great and we made good use of it each day. The location is rural and peaceful. The house is beautiful and the gardens are wonderful with lots of space. The beds were comfortable and the house well equipped. The welcome pack of wine, local cheese and bread was a lovely touch. The grounds were secure for the children to play although the little one did manage to crawl under the gate... but he is a bit of a Houdini! Directions...

"Sejour en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. Gîte tres agréable tout clôturé pour le chien. Tres calme et fonctionnel, chaque couple a sa propre chambre avec salle de bain. Grande cuisine avec tous le nécessaire. Les extérieurs sont arborés, barbecue, table pour vivre dehors( et table de ping pong, jeu flechette..)Météo malheureusement peu ensoleillé et piscine non chauffé ( juste le dôme garde la chaleur si fermé) malgré le temps nous avons passé un très bon séjour."
