Tranquil but weird

"I messaged the owner the day I booked the property and heard no response for weeks. Then 24 hours before I was due to arrive I messaged again. No response. So I just drove my happy ass up there day of at night and almost drove into a lake. The road was completely covered in probably 1-2 foot of water. ..."
