"Staff was professional but not that friendly. Room was ok. Rug was old. Hallway to the room smelled like nail polish removal. We had some ants in our room but we put cinnamon out to keep them away. Each floor had snacks and ice which was good compared to other hotels. Breakfast was not included and you had to fill out a ticket to tell them what you wanted. Limited staff assisting guests there. Bar was nice. Tiki bar with limited items but food was good. Our waitress was nice and helpful. Close to shopping and other restaurants and hotel was right on beach with good view. "

"The room was cleaned twice. The staff at the desk were helpful. Plenty of parking close to the entrance. Too cold to use the pool."

The beds were really hard, I wished it was a better bed like the one I stayed in night before in Germantown MD, a Hilton property also, but the carpet in room was smelly, and some tending needed a bit more care, the hallway had ball of hair entire visit, so never vacuumed for 3 days. "

"Need to place map of what is available and locations of indoor activites in every room. Also menu for what is covered in food vouchers. "
