"I was under the impression we had booked a room from the hotel that is shown .We checkin a find out we are in a motel room.Very disappoint. We had to get a few things because we did not have a kitchen like we expected . The shower temp etcher would change when the guest next door flushed their toilet. Very unhappy and will not stay again or recommend."

"My family had an amazing stay @ the Beechwood suites. The property was beautiful & magical. My daughter's wanted to swim all day, every day. They loved the lazy river, the indoor slide, & the outdoor pool. The surprising part was the pool's were not super busy, which was perfect. We had fun exploring the property. We took a nature walk on the trails & my girls caught so many baby frogs. They got to feed the turtles at the pond watermelon chunks & fruit. We also signed up to do a craft at the center and painted ceramics with Cambrie. She was down to earth and so fun. They had so many options if you are into arts & crafts. The staff was pleasant, Trey helped me on different occasions and he was so kind and respectful. I would say if you are planning to cook a lot and if you have a large family, in my opinion they did not have enough plates, etc. My mom and I had to keep borrowing each others items to make dinner or breakfast work, also note they had smaller cutting board's. The trash bags were on the thin side, so we had to double bag everything. We also got put on the top level so the steps were a challenge for my mom, but I man handled our luggage for the both of us. But we had a lovely back porch with chairs to sit and drink coffee in the morning's. Also a front screened in porch with a table & chairs as well. I loved having a washer and dryer available on site. We LOVED the arcade game room.. they have a pool, table, and fun games. Would return. Must try Hurricaine Mo's"

"Rooms and property were clean, beds were comfortable, good variety of breakfast items, egg dishes changed daily, food was good. Only issue was the hot tub was not in service."

"I loved having a room with an outdoor space, and it's wonderful that this hotel is completely pet-friendly. When my dog was afraid to go on the elevator, Adam at the front desk helpfully moved me to a first-floor room. The hotel has its own private beach access, and the pool area is very nice, with plenty of options for kids and adults. I forgot my beach chair, but they work with a vendor that provides beach chairs and umbrellas and lets you charge them to your room, so you don't have to carry cash or your wallet to the beach. My one minor complaint is that the ceiling fans need to be cleaned regularly. In both rooms I stayed in, they were caked in dust, but it was nice to have a ceiling fan to keep the air moving."

"Staff is amazing. Hotel is so lovely. Accommodations are great. Wouldn’t change a thing. The breakfast is also a major plus. Everything you would need to start you day. This was my 3rd stay here and will be coming back."

"This was a fabulous property! Our room was a king dune view and was beautifully decorated, super clean and huge. Bed was really comfy and we had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful - they were so friendly and helpful and were great about replacing towels daily. They also promptly fixed our bedside lamps that weren't working. Breakfast was great with a large assortment of items. Outdoor pool was wonderful, too! We didn't use the hot tub so I can't comment on that. Would love to return to this little piece of paradise again in the future!"

"From our check-in with a wonderfully helpful & friendly women to the smiling breakfast staff to the nice man who swept the sand each morning from the walkway deck to the clean/comfortable room; we will be back!"
