"The room was dirty, the hallways were dirty, the staff was not interested at all to provide a pleasant customer experience. A stunning example is that staff took the elevator before us to transport dirty dishes. The breakfast was extremely messy with empty coffee machines, broken juice machines, empty yoghurt, other products. We had to find our own cuttlery and the staff was generally completely overwhelmed. For nearly 500 euro’s per night the quality was far, far from what is to be expected at those prices. The spa looked good but it was so crowded we decided not to go. The gym is equiped very well but the machines were, surprise- dirty. Really a shame because the venue is fantastic, but clearly very poorly managed"

"Nice clean fresh hotel. Parking is limited and €20 a day. Staff were helpful. Secure bike store available. Comfortable beds. Shower tray was very slippery. Bathroom smelt of the drains."
