Great value for the cost!

Very pleased with the accommodations. Room was well appointed, staff very friendly, breakfast hardy and ample, absolutely no complaints. Will definitely stay there again!

Property was clean and employees were friendly. It would be nice to have more than one hot tub, maybe have three. After a day of hiking, biking, exploring the outdoor trails it would have been nice to relax in a hot tub at your hotel. But the picnic area near the hot tub was a relaxing spot to unwind.

I was very happy with this hotel. The location is perfect- right on the main street and easy to walk to restaurants. The desk clerk was very nice and friendly. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Not recommended

Great location. Clean room. Grounds keeper was beyond rude. Worst shower I have ever had. Temperature went from scalding hot to lukewarm for no reason without warning. It also leaked and soaked the whole bathroom floor. Also, we stayed in a sort of basement. It was really loud, we could hear the ice machine as if it was in our room. "breakfast" consisted of a pack of cookies, oatmeal, and an orange juice. I would not recommend this hotel. So disappointing, especially for the price.

The Ouray Chalet was a nice surprise. It’s a small, family run hotel with a homey charm. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.
