Room amenities indicated air-conditioning, but the room does not have air-conditioning. The room was warm and we had to open the window. I took a paper cup to take some tea to my room after our breakfast at the hotel cafe, but a young tall waiter stopped me and told me that the paper cup is only for people who buy takeway. I thought the paper cup does not cost much and the hotel should allow guests to use it after they finished their buffet breakfast. We has dinner at the cafe once. Property said there were three beds in the one room, but there was two beds in one room and then a separate bed in the room next door. The facilities were clean, modern and had great air conditioning. The location is a little out of the old city or shopping district or Bund, but we took a taxi to all very cheaply. There is also public transportation nearby.
