"Excellent service above all. Right from the moment youbwnter, they will treat you royally. Don't miss their mint tea.They will go above and beyond to help the customer. Location is very convenient. Very near to medina and the square. Breakfast served was good, and decent options for vegetarians. couple of minor issues were slow water drain in shower, and uncomfortable pillows. Overall, I would definately stay here again. "

"Had an amazing experience, came at the beginning of July and the weather was pretty hot. Honestly couldn't feel it, I was in the pool most of the time. I expected it to be a lot more packed but the resort is pretty big so you aren't always waiting in lines or feeling clustered with other people. The food was great, the Moroccan restaurant requires a reservation so plan that ahead of time. Issam at the bar was amazing. He kept the drinks coming and had us entertained with his knowledge of the country. Then I met Nihal, who was also amazing. Loved her energy, we were never bored for a second. Everyone caters to you. She will recommend fun stuff to do. We did the karaoke and enjoyed some dancing. Rooms were spacious and clean, and had the AC off rooms open with the blinds closed to protect from mosquitoes. I liked the location, others might not but I believe they have a shuttle to help you get around, we came by car. Want to give another shout out to the front desk lady who was not only quick but efficient. I've been to resorts all over the world and this one will be one I recommend to others."

"We checked in at 3.30pm We checked out at 12. They wouldnt allow check out later. And they cut our all inclusive bands. The manager bushra seems nice but is very stingy l, she said we are only allowed to access facilities until 3pm. Nothing else after this time, so was she expexting us to sit on the street with 2 kids! Very frustrating. At check in we also waited half hour for someone to.show us our room. Staff at food areas are amazing, kids club and the entertainment is great. Not happy with the manager "
