"The room was not ready when we arrived, so we were moved to another unit with no internet or hot water, and we were told not to unpack as we were going to be sent back to our original house the next day. The room we had booked had no hair dryer, iron, ect and we had to ask for everything from the owner. Old and broken furniture. There was also a language barrier with the owner. But it was a safe and nice environent and the pools were also really nice and clean. "

"I did not stay the night in the apartment. The people did not respond to any messages. I could not use my phone because I’m from a different country and I wasn’t able to call them directly from my phone so I tried to send messages and they never responded. And then whenever there was a response, it was late night and it was already too late to cancel, and come to find out they had extreme restrictions.. I do not recommend."

"¡Una joya en el corazón de Marrakech! Experiencia de 5 estrellas Nuestra estadía en el Riad Andallaspa fue sencillamente perfecta; una experiencia de cinco estrellas en todos los sentidos. Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El personal y el servicio: ¡De otro mundo! Todo el equipo es increíblemente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que se preocupan de verdad por cada detalle. Limpieza: Impecable. Todo el riad estaba reluciente, las habitaciones súper cuidadas y con un aroma delicioso. Ubicación: ¡Demasiado buena! Está en una ubicación súper central, literalmente en medio de todo. Podíamos ir caminando a los puntos principales porque todo nos quedaba cerca, lo cual facilita muchísimo el viaje. En resumen: prácticamente todo estuvo súper bien. Las fotos no le hacen merito, en realidad es muchísimo mas lindo. Si buscas el lugar perfecto para quedarte en Marrakech, no lo dudes. ¡Volveriamos sin pensarlo dos veces!"

"The hotel and facilities were in line with expectations. The food provided for all inclusive was also very good. Lots of choice and plenty of times where food is available, There are virtually no periods where a selection of hot food was not available. Where to get drinks is unnecessarily confusing/changing. During the day its at one bar during the evening the same bar is chargeable drinks only. The staff and service is poor for the rating of hotel. No one comes to you at the poor for drinks. Servers constantly walk past you during meal times, you either need to tip to get some attention or constantly flag someone down. Needs improvement. I booked a family pool side room, assuming this would be on the ground floor with pool access. However this is not the case, I was given a first floor room with a tiny view of the pool, I raised this with the reception staff and he just said that it was a pool side room and that there were no family rooms on the ground floor. This was a clear lie as I saw families (with young children) going in and out of ground floor rooms."

"From the moment that we arrived and were greeted with mint tea we realized that we were in a great Riad. Everyone was wonderful. Unfortunately we were in a basic room as others were booked out but it was more than adequate. Breakfast was also great. One thing to keep in mind that it is very useful to have gps on first visit as while it is close to the square where the taxis drop you off, it is a bit difficult to find We would happily return."
