Je voulais remercier beaucoup de personnel Service ainsi la personne qui s’occupait beaucoup de nous, il s’appelle Mohamed il fait le voiturier, il fait tout une personne en or très serviable qui mérite le meilleur, les filles de l’accueil, très gentil très à l’écoute très serviable c’est devenu maintenant mon hôtel préféré et ça serait toujours mon hôtel, j’en changerai pas car il est au cœur de tout.

Dans l'ensemble hotel propre, literie confortable, mais chambre trop petite espace mur lit moins de 40 cm. Nous nous sommes entravés souvent au pied du lit. Mon seul regret, c'est que pour avoir réservé une chambre de luxe, j'ai reçu une chambre trop petite.

3 nachten en geen enkele keer is er schoongemaakt, handdoeken vervangen of wc papier aangevuld! Vieze badkamer, kapotte wc bril en douchekop, geen balkon, geen koelkastje en erg gehorig!! Lijkt wel of het personeel in de nacht druk is in het trappenhuis. Enige pluspunt is het parkeren voor de deur en de ligging (dichtbij centrum), bedden waren ook goed. Prijs is te hoog voor wat het is. Het is echt de basis en zelfs daar kan wat beter in! Zal hier niet meer terugkomen en ook niet aanraden!

Une équipe au top

Séjour avec un accueil très chaleureux et exceptionnel. En plein mois de ramadan, on a pu compter sur Oussama qui nous as préparé de très bon repas (même à 3h du matin). Je remercie également Taoufik et Sanae qui ont été aux petits soins. Concernant la chambre, état impeccable et tout était fonctionnel. Un grand merci à l’equipe, nous nous sommes senti en famille.

Hôtel bien situé, propre, parking sous terrain et on se gare facilement à côté. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit-déjeuner est moyen même si c pas cher.
