"Gebucht wurden 2 Übernachtungen in einem "Comfort-Dreibettzimmer". Vor unserer Ankunft hatten wir über Expedia eine Beschreibung erhalten, wie wir zu unserem Zimmer im Haus gelangen, incl. Zugangscode für den Zutritt zum Zimmer. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass das Zimmer von einer Mitarbeiterin des Hauses bewohnt wurde. Rezeption oder Empfang? Fehlanzeige. Nach etwas Hin und Her haben wir ein anderes Zimmer erhalten, dass auch soweit in Ordnung war. Beim Frühstück teilte uns die Mitarbeiterin...

"We stayed here as part of my Birthday Trip. Staff greeted me immediately during check in and had our roomy available with a cute surprise waiting for me. The hotel is very vibrant and cool. I enjoyed using the gym and it’s cool that there is also a food hall and bar connected to the hotel. Highly Recommended when in Rotterdam"
