très bon hôtel au niveau infrastructure par contre oublié si vous avez besoin de quelque chose.... Personnel patibulaire et nonchalant... oublier les petits déjeuner au bord de la piscine à 9h tout est bouclé et pas question de demander un café.... Malgré nos demandes et après trois nuits passées à l'hôtel les chambres ne sont pas faites et demander des transats pour la piscine à la réservation si vous voulez avoir la chance d'en profiter au moins un ou deux jours avant de partir.... bon séjour si vous voulez tenter une expérience genre shining comme le film

Nice hotel in Ouarzazate

The hotel is a bit worn but all the people there were wonderfully helpful and polite. Rooms are clean and extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was plenty and adequate in quality. The price was very competitive.
