The staff are wonderful: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes the stay even more special. The location is also perfect - right in the center of Jena, making everything easily accessible. "Friendly staff"

"The real stand-out was the breakfast. It had absolutely everything, including champagne. The staff were generally friendly, although we did overhear a conversation where one member of staff was the opposite of friendly. Otherwise, staff were just wonderful. Our room was roomy ... the bed was a dream. Haven't slept so well for years. It is expensive, but the breakfast was worth every cent!"
