  • Beautiful timber house "Martin". 4 km from the centre of Otterndorf, on the outskirts, 16 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 55 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, 18 km from the sea, 200 m from the lake, 600 m from the beach. Private: property 500 m2, well-kept garden with lawn. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 4 km, café 4 km, bus stop 1 km, grass beach 600 m, indoor swimming pool 4 km, bathing lake 200 m. Tennis 800 m.
    4-room house 75 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Heating. Gutes und zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus. Gute, vollständige Ausstattung. Wir haben uns dort einfach wohlgefühlt. Örtliche Betreuung bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe bzw. bei kleineren Problemen gut.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Haus war sauber und soweit in einen einigermaßen guten Zustand. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, die Kaffeemaschine könnte mal ausgetauscht werden und die Dusche könnte wirklich mal neue Türen bekommen. Es war sonst alles da was mann braucht, schön war auch das wir Kein Bettwäsche mitbringen brauchten und auch Handtücher waren vorhanden. Der Boden war sauber und sonst war es auch sehr ordentlich und sauber gemacht.

Entspannter Familienurlaub an der Küste

Der Check-In und Check-Out war sehr hervorragend organisiert. Die Unterkunft war wie beworben und bebildert, die Küste ist nur rund einen Kilometer entfernt, man hatte also immer Zugang zum Watt und zur Nordsee. Einzig das Garten-Mobiliar würde einer Überholung sicherlich gut tun, aber ansonsten hatte die Unterkunft alles zu bieten, was wir von ihr verlangt haben und uns gewünscht haben. Wir waren Alles in Allem sehr zufrieden und kommen gern erneut auf dieses Haus zurück.

Für Familien mit Kindern prima.

Die Unterkunft liegt günstig in einer ruhigen Lage. Man kann von hier aus immer an die Elbe oder an den Südsee, mit ganz vielen Spielplätzen und Anlagen. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet. Die Betreuung und Einweisung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wunderbarer Urlaub im Haus Martin

Es war ein wirklich schöner Urlaub, das Haus Martin war so wie in der Anzeige vorgestellt. Der geschlossene Garten ist sehr praktisch für kleine Kinder und Hunde. Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt. Ein Krämerladen in der Nähe, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, hat alles was man braucht und liefert jeden Tag frische Brötchen in vielen verschiedenen Sorten. Familie A. ist super nett, jederzeit erreichbar, absolut hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Wir waren total zufrieden.

Gelungener Familienurlaub

Wir waren mit Schwiegereltern, Mutter, Frau und Hund hier in diesem schönen Urlaub für 7 Tage dort verbracht. Das Haus ist schön gelegen, sehr ruhige, schöne Ecke im Feriengebiet von Otterndorf. Der Hund, ein Zwergspitz, hatte einen für ihn ausreichenden Garten zum Spielen. Die Garten war gepflegt, das Haus sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet und hatte für uns 5 Personen ausreichend Platz. Die Abende wurden auf der schönen Terasse verbracht. Alles in allem waren wir wunschlos glücklich.

Leider, leider - und dafür gibt es einen Punkt Abzug - funktionierte der Fernseher nicht wie er sollte, die Fernbedienung war defekt, die ersten Tage gab es kein WLAN

Super Ferienhaus

Nur zu empfehlen. Sauber, tolle Lage, nette Vermieter, sehr gross, 3 Schlafzimmer, Garten, grosse Hecke drum. Alles da was man braucht. Einfach Klasse.
