"The room was clean the staff was sweet and considerate since the AC broke down and gave us a25% discount before we even complained about it! Ana-belle at the front desk did an amazing job to make us feel at home! Sadly when I booked I saw that the parking was free and that the breakfast was included but that turned out to be false and was very problematic. I also know this hotel was just purchased by the brand and is under renovations hopefully by next year it’ll be better as the staff there was amazing!"
