"Rita 1" is set in Otranto, one of the Adriatic’s most beautiful seaside towns. The apartment features a living area and a sleeping area. The veranda, directly connected to the kitchen and living room, is equipped for outdoor dining. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils.



The sleeping area, accessible via an internal staircase, has two spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. Air conditioning is available in the sleeping area. Additional guests can use the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub.



Rita 1 is in a strategic location in the Punta di Otranto area, close to both free beaches and equipped lidos such as Lido Atlantis and Lido Fuorirotta. The center and seafront are just a 5-minute walk away, along a path leading to the historic city walls and the Aragonese Castle.

Casa nel complesso funzionale

Pros: La casa è in una posizione ottima, sia per raggiungere la spiaggia che il centro città. Struttura abbastanza nuova e di giuste dimensioni. Zona tranquilla. Posto auto in strada sempre a disposozione (molto importante). Cons: Per una casa che può ospitare sei persone un solo bagno (anche cieco) non è sufficiente. Da togliere la vasca e mettere la doccia. Da eliminare l'oblò che dal bagno affaccia su una camera da letto (incredibile). Da sostituire la maggior parte dei mobili della casa. Poche pentole
