FranSea House is a modern 74-square-meter apartment located on the mezzanine level of a newly built complex in the beautiful town of Otranto. Functionally laid out over two levels, this apartment is the ideal choice for families or groups of up to 7 guests looking to spend a holiday in Salento in a new, welcoming setting equipped with all the comforts of home.

The living area is on the mezzanine level and welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette equipped with every convenience, including a dishwasher and microwave. On this same level is the home’s first bathroom, equipped with a convenient washing machine. Descending to the basement, you’ll find the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable double bedroom, a second small bedroom that sleeps three—furnished with a bunk bed and a fold-away bed—and a second full bathroom.

To ensure maximum comfort, the apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedrooms. Guests have access to a private garage, an ideal and secure solution for storing scooters or small cars such as a Smart or Micra. For larger vehicles, a paid car park is conveniently located right in front of the property.
