"Great small lodge in Waitimo! Unbelievably friendly owner, a gem of a lady. Nice cabins, clean, comfortable, and with lots of windows for hot days. A great cold breakfast as well! Good value, highly recommend."

"The check in was quick and friendly. The room was very clean and had all you could want. Very quiet and peaceful sleep on comfortable bed. The breakfast room was a bonus and really nice to have toast, cereal etc in the morning or facilities to cook with large fridges to store anything. Also small fridges and kettles in rooms. Cambridge is such a beautiful town with lots of coffee shops, boutiques and restaurants and i would recommend stopping here and the Motel is a perfect base 👍"

"I got stuck because of a road closure, and this darling little spot was an absolute answer to prayer! The surroundings were stunning, the location so quiet and peaceful, and there were lots of little touches that made it feel so homey. I will definitely be coming back to stay again!"
