"The room was actually really clean. I have had some bad hotel rooms in flint but this was a good one. They also have coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7 and the tea selection was decent. Staff were very kind. I really can’t say anything bad except the hot water wasn’t super hot."

"We came for the Octoberfest and this property offered shuttles to the fest. It was perfect. The room was convenient and clean. Breakfast was provided and the staff very helpful and friendly. We will be back! * we've stayed at other America's Best on Buffalo for the Dingus Day event and they offered shuttle packages also. I will always check if there is one available for festival events."

"Inside was spotless. Beautiful and well kept. Outside does need some cleaning. The deck and outside rug were a bit dirty and the gutters had small trees growing in them. Grass was well kept. Would stay there again."

"Cedar cottage is an old cottage with alot of charm! I appreciate that as well as the cozy feeling you get. Floors have uneven areas but hallways are well lit. We will return to this cottage should we need to stay in the area again."

"What a fun place to stay. The animals on the farm were a pleasure to watch and interact with. Plenty of beds and space to relax. If you are lucky Teena the goat will keep you company on the front porch!"
