Villa Stellina and Trullo Cecè are two independent units sharing the same property, ideal for a stress-free holiday together with friends or family. Villa Stellina features three double bedrooms, each with a smart TV and air conditioning, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with kitchen, and a relaxation/TV area with sofas. It can accommodate up to six adults plus two additional guests thanks to the French sofa bed. Trullo Cecè is a characteristic air-conditioned Saracen trullo, equipped with a smart TV, double alcove, bathroom, kitchenette with induction hob, coffee machine, and minibar, ideal for two people. Common areas include a centuries-old pergola, a terrace, and a garden furnished for sunbathing or dining outdoors on summer evenings. There is a barbecue area, Wi-Fi, and a fan. The terrace and green areas are equipped with loungers and deck chairs. Three to four parking spaces are available in a private, fenced parking lot. Water comes from rainwater tanks and is recommended for hygienic purposes only. Access and interiors are step-free. The property can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children and provides guidelines for waste separation. The villa is 300 meters from a restaurant, about 1.5 km from the village, and less than 8 km from the sea. Pets are not allowed. Pros: Struttura nuova, pulita e ben curata, zona tranquilla a 5 minuti di macchina dal centro di Ostuni. Disponibilità e flessibilità da parte dell’host nell’accontentare le nostre richieste. Complessivamente un soggiorno gradevole. Cons: Consiglio giusto un po’ di attenzione in più a causa di piccoli inconvenienti con il forno. Condizionatore e acqua calda che purtroppo non funzionavano bene nel trullo l’ultimo giorno. Tutto comunque risolvibile!
