The property is located within the Villaggio Santa Lucia, a residential complex with a shared pool just a stone’s throw from the beaches of the Costa Merlata. The centre of Ostuni is only a 10-minute drive away, and other must-see destinations in the region are also within easy reach.



The 115-square-meter villa features a private entrance and a large garden with a barbecue and two patios—one at the front and one at the back—both furnished with lounge chairs, a table, and chairs.



The interior is divided into two sections, as follows.

PLEASE NOTE: The resort’s pool is open from July 1 to August 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



All guests must present valid identification upon arrival, as required by Italian law.



Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



A tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

The Santa Lucia Village is located in the beautiful Marina di Ostuni, a 20-kilometer stretch of coastline overlooking crystal-clear waters and featuring long beaches, sandy coves, and low cliffs. The coastline also includes Torre San Leonardo, a nature reserve rich in natural habitats, archaeological sites such as the Via Traiana, and farmsteads. Also very close by is the Torre Guaceto Marine Protected Area and the Morelli River bed, an area about 2 km long located near the beach, with crystal-clear water and a seabed that deepens gradually. The centre of Ostuni, with all essential amenities such as bars, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, is a 10-minute drive away.
