Trullo Aribi is a typical country house in the Itria Valley countryside, completely renovated and restored to its former splendor in 2025, with great attention paid to environmental sustainability and smart home technology.
The Mediterranean-style garden is rich in well-tended native vegetation and features high-quality, sustainable materials with a touch of luxury. There are olive trees, fruit trees, Mediterranean flowers, and aromatic plants.
By the pool, there is a gazebo entwined with American grapevines, featuring a large early 19th-century table that seats up to 16 guests, and an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, sink, refrigerator, and professional oven for preparing pizzas by the pool.
Trullo Aribi consists of several units.
The main building consists of 3 suites with en-suite bathrooms, a meeting or dining room, a study, a living room with 2 single beds, and a full bathroom serving the living area.
Three other suites have separate entrances and are all equipped with bathrooms, except for the suite located in the historic trullo.
The decor is inspired by a sophisticated Mediterranean style, featuring authentic materials such as local limestone, olive wood, and micro-concrete, which characterize all the rooms and flooring.
The property is equipped with the most modern home automation systems and a state-of-the-art mosquito repellent system, the ?Free Zanz,? which protects the entire perimeter of the garden and the property. There is also a perimeter burglar alarm system.

The beaches along the Adriatic coast?including those at Marina di Ostuni and Torre Santa Sabina?are very close by.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available all year long.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets and bed linen/towels are included in the price.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
-The house is organised in different units with indipendent entrance.
