Trullo Lumina is part of an elegant complex of two properties, each designed to guarantee total privacy, with independent outdoor spaces and a private pool.
With independent entrance, the trullo welcomes you in an intimate and cozy atmosphere: a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a living area with a single sofa bed and a second bathroom serving the house, for a total of 3 beds. The interiors preserve the original charm of living stone, enriched by a fully equipped kitchen equipped with every comfort for an independent and functional stay. The environment is comfortable in every season thanks to the air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living area and the heating system.
Outside, time slows down. A beautiful pergola shades the outdoor living area, furnished with a comfortable sofa for moments of relaxation and an ideal table for outdoor lunches and dinners immersed in the quiet of the Apulian countryside. The wood-burning barbecue area is perfect for cooking under the starry sky of Puglia and is completed by a practical induction hob that allows you to prepare meals comfortably even outside. The pool, surrounded by nature, is served by an outdoor shower designed to make the most of outdoor spaces. The property is completed by the characteristic “trulletto”, an authentic testimony of the history of the place, an ancient oven now used as a technical compartment, inside which there is also an additional refrigerator.
Trullo Lumina represents a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, inserted in a natural environment of great charm and in a strategic position: from here it is easy to reach the crystal clear waters of the Adriatic and the suggestive historic center of Ostuni, known as the famous “White City”.
The property is equipped with a STARLINK Wi-Fi connection, which guarantees a stable and good quality service, also available in outdoor areas and in the pool area. 
 

City Tax: € 2,00 per person per night to pay at check-in


Extra: CRIB € 50,00 Per stay (upon request), EXTRA CLEANING € 30,00 Per day (upon request), EXTRA LINEN € 25,00 (upon request) Extra: Security deposit of € 1.000,00 charged via credit card or "TD warranty" insurance policy of € 79,00 (extra fee) which covers up to a maximum of € 3.000 in case of damages. 

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).

To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
 
A surcharge of 100,00 € is required for late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
