Surrounded by the magnificence of centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean scrub, this trulli complex is the ideal place for those looking for an intimate and private escape, where every detail is designed to offer a unique experience.

The structure is divided into three independent bodies, each a reflection of elegance and comfort, with attention to the smallest details to ensure maximum privacy. The main body is a welcoming and functional environment, which houses a double bedroom and a charming alcove with two single beds, the latter is separated from the rest of the house but does not guarantee maximum privacy as it has no doors. Finally, a hallway with a comfortable single sofa bed. To enrich this space, a fully equipped kitchen, where preparing meals becomes a pleasure, and a living area with sofas for moments of relaxation, all immersed in a warm and enveloping atmosphere. In the main body, air conditioning is located in the living area.

The two annexes, immersed in privacy and quiet, are furnished with timeless elegance. The first annex consists of a double bed and a single sofa bed, both located in the same room, perfect for welcoming guests with maximum comfort and a bathroom. This annex is not equipped with air conditioning, but thanks to its location and structure it naturally stays cool even in the summer months. The second annex offers a double bedroom with private bathroom, a corner of tranquility where rest is guaranteed, away from any disturbance.

Externally, the property is transformed into an oasis of relaxation: an outdoor bathroom, an outdoor kitchen equipped with burners, oven and sink and a barbecue for pleasant convivial moments in the open air. The different relaxation areas, both by the pool and surrounded by greenery, invite you to let yourself be lulled by the sound of nature, while the two outdoor dining areas offer the perfect place to enjoy delicious dishes under the blue sky of Puglia.

The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00 .
Despite the presence of Wi-Fi, the connection, not being fiber optic, will be slower than urban networks.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
A surcharge of 100,00 € is required for late check-in from 20:00 to 00:00. No check-in after 00:00
Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and available until the day before your arrival. A penalty of 55,00 € will be charged if you the online check-in will not be closed before arrival.
Please note: Self-check-in instructions are sent to the guest's personal email address, which will be requested after booking. A physical check-in is available for a fee of €55.00.
After booking, customers will be asked to register on our site, entering the required details and signing a lease, as required by Italian law.
