The location is very good as it is very close to Ostuni and other cities. The room was OK, it would need some quick fixes as the shower was leaking on the bathroom floor and some upgrades would be great to modernize the place. The breakfast is only served from 8:30 so it was not convenient for us as we are early risers. Hosts were really nice even if they don't speak English, fhey tired their best and the outside is really nice with the pool and the city view. Parking is super easy and spots are wide. Also, the wifi is not really good as you have to be outside near the breakfast patio to catch a signal and even there the signal is weak. Great place for a stay but the rooms could be improved.

Fantastic place and a warm welcoming hostess. But the Wi-Fi didn’t connect in the room, only outside the room. And the breakfast was very Italian, only sweet products. No cheese, no eggs, no unsweetened youghurt etc. But except for that, a marvelous place.

Hotel con encanto

Escogimos Ostuni como campamento base para nuestro viaje por Puglia, por lo que nos quedamos 6 dias en este hotel. Es un hotel hermoso en una ubicación privilegiada, con excelentes vistas y una preciosa piscina. La atención excelente, muy amables y simpáticos. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Creemos que las camas y almohadas podrían ser renovados, y les permitiría aumentar sus precios. Entendemos que usualmente las estadias son cortas, por lo que el desayuno siempre es igual. Es un desayuno muy simple, y en nuestro caso se volvió muy monótono. En resumen, nos resultó muy conveniente por la ubicación, y seguramente repetiremos en un futuro

What a haven for a relaxing holiday and great food

Our stay here was so relaxing and comfortable with great breakfast and fresh fruit every day. Room was spotless with daily cleaning lovely gardens and pool and security gates at entrance. Location perfect. Wonderful views of Ostuni from the breakfast terrace. In all a really great place to stay and a hidden gem and all such great value. The owners and their daughter Anna were always so kind and helpful at all times and helped us with any queries re trains and taxis locally. We stayed there for two weeks and we would highly recommend it and would definitely return there again.

Marvelous view to Ostrani

La Piana degli Ulivi is situated 1.5 km from Ostrani with a marvelous view to the town and over the countryside with the sea at the distance. Teh room, bed and bathroom were fine. The breakfast was an OK Italian style breakfast - coffee fresh brewed, better cakes than bread.

L'hôte et sa fille nous ont tres bien accueillis, la vue d'ici est incroyable, en effet pleine vue sur la ville d'Ostuni qui est à 3min en voiture. L'emplacement est idéal mais la qualité de la chambre est plutôt très classique. La piscine était tres bien. Le petit déjeuner moyen mais qui a le mérite d'être servi sur un petit parvis, vue piscine et ostuni.

Ottima posizione, tranquillo con i proprietari un po troppo presenti. Nel complesso pero' sono sempre disponibili. La struttura era ancora in "apertura" e alcuni servizi (es. piscina) ancora inagibili. Sicuramente da consigliare per un periodo di riposo a famiglie con bimbi.
