The main building, the Alte Seefahrtschule, where your beautiful apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and will be reopened in April 2020. The modern 3-room apartment on the ground floor convinces with a spacious corner terrace with a wide view towards the bay and the dike to the Baltic Sea, a living / dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the 20m² corner terrace and enjoy the view into the distance. In the evening you can watch the sun go down on the horizon with a glass of wine and relax. The terrace has two tables with four chairs and two sun loungers with cushions. The terrace is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms. The high ceilings of the lovingly renovated apartment underline the friendly and spacious character. The beach house-style apartment offers maximum comfort with selected accessories and harmonious compositions. The light-flooded holiday apartment with 113m² offers space for 4 people. Here you can spend an unforgettable holiday with your family or friends at any time of the year. The living area, which invites you to a cozy get-together, is equipped with a modern sofa bed (180 x 200 cm), two armchairs and a living room table. Seat shell chairs, which are kept brown in the timeless, provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A large dining table offers space for the whole family to spend their game evenings together. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course you have free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The open NOLTE - fitted kitchen borders on the living and dining area and has built-in electrical appliances, as well as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The rental office and the bread service are located in the main building of the Maritime School. You can book an outdoor parking space for your apartment. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house.
