Cute cottage with 5 beds in the center of Prerow. Spend your holiday in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The house is furnished with all the comforts of today. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. And situated in the first floor bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed for 2 people. In the living room, which is located with the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor, is equipped with a spacious corner sofa and can also be used for sleeping.

2015 took place the currently last renovations.

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend.Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Nur sollte man bedenken, dass wegen der engen Treppe das Haus nur für Reisende geeignet ist, welche gut zu Fuß sind. Also mit Hüft- oder Knieproblemen nicht geeignet. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Der Urlaub war super. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach süß. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist an alles gedacht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, wir haben geschlafen wie die Baby's.

Wie in den bisherigen Beiträgen berichtet ist die Treppe nach oben sehr steil.Es gibt jedoch sowohl einen Handlauf wie auch ein Geländer.

Kontakt und Beschreibung waren gut Die Einweisung erfolgte zügig und pragmatisch Die Treppe is mit den hohen Stufen wirklich gewöhnungsbedütftig und für Kleinkinder oder Hüfte und Knielahme nicht geeignet Ansonsten ist alles da was man braucht Für 2 Personen

Gemütliche Fewo in ruhiger Lage von Prerow

Sehr guter Empfang mit netter persönlicher Einweisung. Gute Ausstattung mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Küchengeräten. Sogar Cerealien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Schlafraum im 1 Stock, über eine Treppe erreichbar, welche für Personen mit körperlicher Einschränkung schwer zu begehen ist. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus vorhanden. Entfernung zum Ortszentrum ca. 600m. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus vorhanden. Einzig die Kommunikation über den Vermittler verlief unzureichend. Einige Fragen bzw. Nachfragen über das Portal von Fewo wurden nicht beantwortet bzw. Es erfolgte keine Reaktion. Es wäre z.B. wichtig darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Mieter bei Familie Wobst klingeln müssen, um zum Schlüssel für die Fewo zu gelangen.

Die Treppe nach oben zum Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr gefährlich .Die Stufenhöhe beträgt 25 cm Normal sind circa 18 cm und dann gibt es noch nicht einmal einen durchgehenden Handlauf !

Klein aber fein

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer nicht unnötigen Platz in seinem Urlaub benötigt, der ist hier genau richtig. Es war sehr gemütlich und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns sehr optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß erreichbar und auch kurze Wege bis zum Strand, welcher wunderschön und langläufig ist. Eine schöne und angenehme Woche

Herbsturlaub

Das kleine Ferienhaus ist sehr charmant und für zwei Personen prima. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und das Badezimmer komfortabel. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auf dem Sofa kann man es sich bequem machen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Allerdings gibt es auch ein paar nicht so gute Dinge. Die Treppe zum Obergeschoss ist extrem steil und die Stufen haben einen recht großem Abstand – mit Knieproblemen ist es schon heikel. Das Treppengeländer geht leider nicht ganz bis nach oben. Das Badezimmer befindet sich auf der unteren Etage. Oben gibt es auch keine Sicherung der Treppe, was mit kleinen Kindern problematisch sein kann. Im Schlafzimmer befindet sich eine Schubladenkommode, deren Schubladen fast alle mit Zudecken und Kopfkissen belegt waren. Der Sitzplatz aus der Bildergalerie existiert nicht. Wenn man Draußen sitzen möchte, wird dafür der Vorgarten der Vermieter angeboten direkt neben ihrer Terrasse. Für die Fahrräder gab es keinen Unterstand. Man konnte sie aber anschließen. Einen zweiten Schlüssel gab es auf Nachfrage.
