The living area of the house is about 105 m². The ground floor is the hall, a living room with seating, flat screen TV, radio, an open kitchenette, fully equipped with, for example, electric stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a bedroom with double bed and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. On the first floor you will find three separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. An on-site terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue are available on request. The car parking space is located directly in front of the house as well as a playground.

The cottages Baaber Heide, consisting of two cottages, a bungalow and a holiday apartment, are located on the edge of Baabe in the immediate vicinity of the nature reserve Baaber Heide, the Selliner See and the Having and their connecting channel, the Baaber Bek. The Baltic resort Baabe, a health resort in the southeast of the Baltic Sea island of Rügen, lies between the seaside resorts Sellin and Göhren on the peninsula Mönchgut. The village is located on the Mönchgraben, the historic border that separates the peninsula Mönchgut from the rest of the island of Rügen, between the Baltic Sea and the Baaber Beek (connecting ditch between Selliner See and Having) and the forests of the Baaber Heide. By Baabe lead the highway 196 and the narrow-gauge railway Rasender Roland. The so-called Mönchgut Gate spans the B 196 at the height of the Mönchgraben. 

Arrivals are possible from 14:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
