The 37 square meter apartment comprises a living / dining area, a separate bedroom with box spring bed and spacious wardrobe, a shower room, hallway and a storeroom.
In addition to a comfortable armchair and two-seater, the living area has a flat-screen TV, music system and free wireless internet access.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker (4 hobs / oven), dishwasher, refrigerator, attached dining table and extensive accessories.
Optionally, a car parking space in the underground car park is available for a fee.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
