Very good hotel near Ostrava.

Very good hotel in silent area near Ostrava. Room and sercives was perfect. Restaurant was also very good. We enjoyed our visit. Only negative thing was a quite big fee for the pet. 26 euros from the dog was the biggest in our European tour so far.

In Corona tijd een lastige plek

ivm de Corona was ik een van de weinige gasten. Het hotel is ver van het centrum van Ostrava gelegen en dat is niet handig als het eigen restaurant dicht is. Er waren geen afhaal gelegenheden in de directe omgeving, dus moet ik op zoek met de auto naar eten, letterlijk. De 2 geadviseerde restaurants in het centrum waren beiden gesloten. En dat is een punt van verbetering, als je eigen restaurant gesloten is, zorg dan voor een fatsoenlijk afhaal alternatief voor je klanten, dan wel een plek dat gegarandeerd open is. Er was in het hotel niet eens een biertje te krijgen, ook niet een flesje en dat had niets met Corona te maken. Het ontbijt werd geserveerd in het restaurant en was goed. De sauna in het hotel was dicht ivm Corona, terwijl andere hotels deze voor een enkele gast gewoon even op aanvraag open doen. Mijn kamer was gewoon basic, iets meer ruimte was fijn geweest.

Hotel is an interesting conversion from a mining company’s offices. Access to town centre was easy, using public transport (trams). Private outdoor parking behind secure gates. Breakfast uninspiring.

Highly recommend to stay in Ostrava

This hotel is situated at little bit outer of central Ostrava, but we use trams or buses,we can easily reach this hotel. This hotel has also a tennis court, spa,bowling lanes.and a restaurant..so Ostanva people come and pleasure at weekend.Breakfast are very delicious I think nearly French level qualities.and staffs are helpful and good face with smile because of I saw many people with no small in Czech.Clean room staffs works good job.

A Great Stay

Perfect place outside the centre of Ostrava for an overnight stay on a business trip. Travelling by car, there was a car park located in front of the hotel and without charge. The Hotel itself along with the room were very nice and clean. It has a good little restaurant next door but within the same building, perfect for dinner. Bedding and WIFI was great. Bathroom, nicely tiled and appealing. If anything, the rooms were a little warm but it should be noted that I did not make an attempt to adjust this. And to cap off the stay, Breakfast was superb. Having stayed at other establishments in Ostrava, I can safely say, for my value of my corporate allowance, I will definitely be returning.

Nice hotel at about 5 min drive from the centre

Quite new hotel which is about 5 min by car from the centre. Nice free and safe (behind a gate) parking area. It's also close to public transport/trams, so you could use that as alternative. The breakfast was typical East European, so with a menu for hot breakfast with eggs and sauces, but I don't like that. They served me some fresh bread and jam, which is very fine for me.

Why didn't you put conditioning air?

The receptionists are very kind. The hotel, the rooms, the bathrooms are excelent....but there isn't conditioning air and only with the fan it could be very hard stay into the room during the day. We stayed only in the evening and in the night we could open the window because there was on it a net for insects: so we slept well. Irritating doing breakfast, a good breakfast of quality, into a big room really too hot ! It could be a good idea keep closed the curtains from seven o' clock! The only fan that was there, in front of the food, wasn't useful to anybody!!

Normal without extra

Breakfast is ok, room normal size. Staff ok. There is a sauna and jacuzzi but you have to pay extra, they could offer it like other hôtels. There is as well massage to be paid.
