"Desde momento que llegamos tuvimos un trato muy diferente en comparación con los extranjeros, en la recepción un trato tosco y poco informativos, en el restaurante demasiado tiempo espera para ser atendidos y las bebidas nunca llegaron algunos de los saloneros nos ignoraban como sino nos vieran, no había agua embotellada para los nacionales, el control televisor no funcionaba tratamos reportarlo a la recepción donde normalmente se reporta y el teléfono tampoco funcionaba cuando fuimos nos indicaron que no era con ellos sino con el área administrativa hacia donde nos dirigimos y nunca atendieron la solicitud."

"Gorgeous setting, incredible sunsets, friendly staff. We loved looking out from our balcony or the infinity pools onto the bioreserve jungle below. We had an upper floor room (#9) right next to a tree that regularly had birds and howler monkeys coming through. Very peaceful. Spacious room. The food and drinks are at US resort-level prices, and there are no other places to eat within a 15-minute walk, so plan accordingly. The shuttle into town works well for daytime beach visits or lunch out, but the last shuttle back is at about 4:30 so if you stay in town for dinner you need to take a tuck-tuk back (uber not available here)."

Once inside your residence apartment, you will find a generous combination of materials, marble, natural wood fortitude, luxury ceramics, and fully equipped kitchen off of a decor magazine. The hotel pool bar is the only hang out area, where you get everything from your breakfast to afternoon drinks (no other meals offered). "There are honestly not enough words to be able to express how extraordinary this trip was for our family. The location is extraordinary. Ana and Freddie are the most amazing caretakers. They truly felt like our family by the end of the trip. The food that Ana cooked was spectacular. Our pickiest young eaters ate food they had never tried before and loved it. It almost felt like we were on a health trip because of how high-quality and delicious the meals were. The pool was a breathtaking view over the pacific, and the sunrises and sunsets could not be beat. We try to go someplace new every year for spring break, but it’s going to be hard not to just keep returning to this location. I’m almost afraid to recommend it too highly because I’m afraid it will always be booked and we won’t be able to return. A million stars. "
