Welcome to your comfortable vacation home, the perfect place to gather with family and friends!

This coastal 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom, ( over 3000 square feet) bright and airy family home is located in a peaceful neighborhood and is just a mile away from beautiful Dowses Beach (beach Pass included). Offering comfort, style, and convenience for your next vacation. With room for 10 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple living areas, outside shower and a private porch and outdoor space, where you can unwind, connect, and create lasting memories.

The house is very spacious and suitable for families vacationing together. Spread out and unwind in four bedrooms:

Primary Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom, and walk-in closet
Bedroom 2: Queen bed
Bedroom 3: Two queen beds, perfect for kids or teens
Bedroom 4: Queen bed and Twin bed

Thoughtful touches throughout make you feel right at home.
Well equipped kitchen, a dining room that seats 10 comfortably, and there's also an outdoor patio table for al-fresco meals.

Enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine on the deck.
The spacious living room features a smart TV and comfortable seating. Come back from a beautiful beach to your bright and sunny house.

You are just 1.2 miles (about 3 min. drive or 15 min walk) from Dowses Beach - perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or morning/evening walks. Restaurants and the city center are a 10-minute walk.

The local grocery store is a 5-minute walk. Beautiful park with a kids' playground, 5 min walk. A pond for little kids to play and swim, 2 min drive. Easy 15 min drive to Hyannis for all you need shopping.
