Jag bor alltid på det här hotellet när jag åker till Östersund. Jag tycker det är mysigt. personalen är trevliga och frukosten är god..sen har jag själv delvis växt upp på det området när jag va liten så det känns tryggt och bra och det är ungefär lika långt till stan som till lillänge om man vill shoppa 😊

Bra parkering och god frukost. Det var dock väldigt kallt på rummet. Upplever även sängarna som något hårda. Personalen borde bli lite mer trevliga välkomnade. Säga godmorgon, hälsa välkommen osv.
