You can't beat the location. 5 minute walk to the ferry to Frauen and Herren Chiemsee. Loved that they had a huge parking area. Never had to worry about not having parking space. "We really liked this hotel. It felt very traditional Bavarian. We wished we could have stayed longer. We arrived late and had an excellent dinner. "This was such a a cute stay and I really enjoyed all the in house dining options. The housekeeping and inn keepers were super bubbly and helpful. A complete stay from breakfast to bedtime I felt I was truly catered to. The only complaint I have is the front desk hours, I had an early flight and the website advertisses a 24 hour front desk, however when I went to turn in my key and such no one was available. The hotel is typical for the region with the added benefit of offering its guests complimentary admission to the Chiemgau Thermen (a regional wellness center with pools, spa & sauna) which we were able to take advantage of. Breakfast was a normal offering and was complete. The staff were very lovely and eager to assist if needed. They have a good functioning restaurant on site if you would like lunch or dinner.
