The house with Mediterranean flair is idyllically situated on a small pond, bright and friendly through large French windows and absolutely quiet. Nevertheless, it offers ideal infrastructure: railway station (10 min walk) with direct connection to Munich (Bayernticket!!!), Passau, Regensburg, etc. Good shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi etc.), close to the Danube + Bavarian Forest. Ideal for cycling or hiking.

    Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, next to a small pond.
    The flat on the 1st floor is 60 m2 in size, with a sloping roof.

    In the living room there is a comfortable couch, which can be folded out to 1.60 m, with topper, usable as a permanent sleeper. There is also a comfortable TV armchair, desk, shelf with games and information material, reading material.
    In the bedroom there is a metal bed, width 1.60m, a large wardrobe, storage space, footstool.
    The new eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, nice dining area and a sofa. Access to a small breakfast balcony.
    Bathroom with daylight, shower and bathtub, new WC and washbasin with drawers. Shelf for storage. Cupboard with hoover and additional towels. Hairdryer available.
    Underfloor heating throughout the flat.
    Large balcony, accessible from bedroom and living room.
    Nice, small village with good infrastructure. Famous Asambasilika within walking distance. Also within walking distance: shopping facilities. 20 min walk to the city centre. Market on Mondays. 5 - 10 min by car to the Danube for walks. Great excursions possible: Danube loop, Ortenburg, castle and wildlife park, bird park, Bavarian ForestPassau (35 min), Regensburg (1 hour), Munich: by car or train (direct from Osterhofen), 1.5 hours, Bayernticket ! Vienna: 3 hours.

    Very popular with cycling and hiking tourists. Everything is flat. Bicycles can be stored.

Schöne Wohnung aber nicht sauber

Es war leider sehr warm und die Wohnung ist unterm Dach. Das macht Schlafen zum Problem, aber dafür kann man nichts. Die Wohnung an sich ist schön und geräumig und liegt günstig und ruhig bei Osterhofen. Nur war sie nicht sauber. Frau Hohler hat im Nachhinein angeboten die Reinigungskosten zurück zu zahlen, aber das nützt dann nicht mehr. Schade, denn sie ist freundlich und die Wohnung gefällt.

Ruhige Lage super nette Vermieter

Sehr geräumige, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit zwei Balkonen. Ruhig gelegen, aber Bäckerei, Lebensmittelladen und auch zwei Gasthäuser sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vermieter leben im EG und sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
