Hudson River Peaceful Getaway

About this space
Self check-in and private entrance. Peaceful apartment on the Hudson River. Train to NYC (Scarborough Station) is an 8 minute walk through historic neighborhood. Arcadian Mall (Grocery store, Starbucks, etc) 5 minute walk. Rivers views from inside and from three patios (1 on entrance side, 2 on River side). We only allow declawed cats because they can scratch and damage our expensive furniture and carpets. Most house trained dogs are welcome :)
The space
Self check-in with private entrance. Everything that a comfortable apartment needs for even a long term stay. This is the full lower level of a two level house, with driveway parking for two cars, sliding glass doors to the back patio. Bright, sunny, and private. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and 48” smart tv (YouTube TV) and, one full bathroom with a shower/tub. There is also a sofa bed with a queen mattress in the den next to the kitchen. Blinds can be drawn to make this a private sleeping area for two, with river views. The living room has a sectional sofa, panoramic river views and can sleep 2 additional people. It has a 58” smart TV. There is a large table/desk adjacent to the living room for working, etc.
The kitchen area has an induction stove top, dishwasher, and a large toaster oven and microwave, and closet/pantry. W/D are in a separate closet.
There is a patio and large yard on the entrance side of the house with panoramic river views and table for 6. There is an additional large, partially covered patio also with panoramic river views assessable from sliding glass doors. It has coffee table with seating for 6. There is also a gas grill and a café table with seating for 2.
Guest access
Off street parking for two cars in the driveway. To enter the apartment: Facing the house, go left and down the stairs. The key will be on a hook on the door. We do not meet guests upon arrival, but, are available by phone/text if needed.
