"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the

/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu.

"The place is amazing, family facilities.
Kids pool
, play area, lake swim, playground restaurant, washing facilities. We didnt know the concept before we go. Renting boats and bikes around, amazing family holiday. The ONLY thing is they had a wedding party on Saturday we stayed until 2am, in the restaurant, which was next to where we stayed and it was impossible to sleep! And they didnt even warn us or tell anything beforehand. "
