Our house is located on a hillside (entrance via an outside staircase, parking on the property), within walking distance of Lake Ossiach and the May-October open supermarket, restaurants and ATMs.

As the last house on a quiet residential street, the property with terraces and lawn directly on the edge of the forest and offers a fantastic view over the Ossiacher See and the Gerlitzen.

Very tired and dated appartment in a Great location
Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter (unlike my Aunt down the street where we have no sunch dampness in a similar locatation). Key handover was perfect but the lady came at 9:30 instead of the official 10am checkout to see if we needed help leaving. This was a first ever and had we not been a bit cross would actually have been funny given her sudden appearance. In summary great location but a property with minimal love and investment which shows in the tired furnature and features.

De locatie was perfect. Het huisje groot en alles was aanwezig. We hebben ideaal buitenweer gehad en het terras is heerlijk. De ligging is perfect om vanalles te gaan ondernemen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Kärnten. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es alles vorhanden. Schön ist auch, dass an allen Fenstern ein Insektenschutzgitter angebracht ist. Von der großen Terasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf den See.

Sommerurlaub
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit unseren Kindern hier genossen. Es war ein sehr herzlicher Empfang und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter im Vorwege war klasse. Tipps für Ausflüge sowie Restaurants haben den Aufenthalt vereinfacht. Die Wegbeschreibung war sehr genau, so dass wir das Ferienobjekt schnell gefunden haben. Die Lage ist traumhaft mit einem schönem Ausblick und Terrasse. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht vom Eierkocher bis zum Teelicht für gemütliche Abende. Ich kann nur sagen das wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen. Danke Bernhard und Evelyn für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Tolle Lage, sehr geräumig
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Berghang und hat einen guten Blick auf den See. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und eine wirklich gut ausgestattete Küche ist vorhanden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!

Mooie, nette en ruime vakantiewoning met veel privacy in een geweldige omgeving. Garage voor de auto. Als enig minpuntje de bedden: de latten van de bedbodems zaten los waardoor je er snel doorheen zakt ( wel makkelijk te herstellen) en matrassen die de beste tijd hadden gehad.

Wir haben uns sehr erholt, jeden Tag hat uns der Blick auf den See und die Berge fasziniert.
Wir haben uns in Ossiachersee sehr gut erholt. Mit dem schönen Blick von der Terrasse auf den Ossiachersee und den Bergen, sind wir immer gut in den Tag gestartet. Es war das letzte Haus am Waldrang, schön ruhig gelegen. Wir wurden vor Ort von Liane sehr freundlich begrüßt und wenn wir eine Frage hatten, war Sie immer für uns da. Auch im Vorfeld war der Besitzer immer für Fragen und Tipps an unserer Seite. Wenn man überhaupt etwas , anmerken möchte, wenn man viel in der Wohnung kochen möchte, muss man sich im Gegensatz zur eigenen Küche etwas umstellen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall, nochmal das Objekt buchen. VG Thomas
