"We had a wonderful week in Zeeland and we always like to come back. Our landlords went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely welcome. Flowers and chilled white wine in the fridge made us very happy. What we were less pleased about was the previously uncommunicated moisture damage in the bedroom next to the bed and the water dripping through the ceiling on the only rainy day.
